About the Fatboy. Maybe you don't care about radiation since there is already tons of it everywhere? Maybe you just take some radaway after using it. Maybe you get a 6th toe after using it. I dont know, you don't know... but who cares. That weapon is freakin cool.

Fallout 3 looks so good

I just watched the hi-def trailers on my ps3 and it looks amazing. I love how they were able to keep aspects of a turn based game for those who aren't that great at shooters. I consider myself to be pretty good (COD4 saw to that) but I can definately see using the targeting thing to get out of a ...

The speed factor you are talking about is for walking speed. It is like how barbarians walk faster I think they have a 2 there (although it may be an affect for barbarians). Also alot of these things like the effects of high dex can be found in the manual towards the end in tables. There is a pdf ...

Did you delete all of the affects in the affects tab before you level up from zero? I know for a fact that the kensai kit has an affect that decreases armor class. Also 18 dex gives -4 armor class.

To answer your question all thaco starts at 20. From there warriors get -1 per lvl. Thieves get -1 ...

With SK if you set your level to 0 and then level up ingame from there it will automatically set your thaco and saving throws. The only thing you have to worry about is proficiency points and your life. A level 0 fighter should have 4 proficiency points i think and other classes get 2. Besides that ...

Its a laptop core duo 1.83ghz 2gigs ram geforce7400 i think. Maybe that is why it was slow, doesn't seem like a computer this fast should have trouble playing a 10? year old game lol. Regardless this fixed it so I am happy. 1920x1200 goodness with no lag :D

Framerate: Problems and Solutions

Well, I have a pretty powerful system (at least in BGII terms lol). However my game would slow down to a crawl when there were lots of animations or with dragons or pit fiends on the screen. I did alot of searching and had just about given up and figured that it is just part of the game. Then I ...

Sounds like your install is just all gunked up. You're not going to like this but what I would do is copy my saves folder to the desktop and then delete BGII and make a fresh install. Then I would apply the official patch and then the baldurdash patch.

You could try the baldurdash fixpack since you didnt have good luck with the G3 one. I've used the baldurdash one for years and still use it to this day, never had a problem and see no reason to switch.

Some nice cheese.

If you use the thief scout or thief adventurer script your character, thief or not, can hide in shadows or detect traps (which works to find secret doors). Even though your skill is 0 you can still pass the check depending on other conditions (like being in a shadowy spot). Ive used this to hide in ...
