I don't typically use custom spells as my mage characters are always far too powerful far too fast and I get extremely bored using them. Here are my custom spells:

Heal Heroic Wounds - Restore Health 35 for 8 secs on Self - Req. Magicka 151

Lava Ball - Fire Damage 80 in 10 ft for 2 secs - 184

Thunderbolt - Shock Damage 80 in 10 ft for 2 secs - 191

Hey is there any differences between Shock/Fire/Frost Shield and Resist
Shock/Fire/Frost effects? And if I am playing as a High Elf and I have enhancement for example Resist Shock, Fire and Frost 25 points. Does this
mean that my elemental weaknesses don't have any effects anymore?
