Ok this recipe took me several trial and error attempts in my quest to unlock the achievements.

The trick is to -NOT- use permanet effect minerals

Here is my Recipe:

6 Emerald
2 Sapphire
1 Friend to Foe

In that order

You can also go into homes in major cities, save right before a chest/cubbord/closet that has MASTER LOCK, and reload till u get a free wonderful sword.
