minsc - who doesn't like him? well alot of ppl might find him annoying but i don't. just make sure u're not serious when u have him. go for the eyes boo.

jaheira - best romance without doubt. much effort is put on her character and storyline.

the write magic thing is so bugged. i mean with 17 int i have a chance of 75% so on average i can write 3 out of 4 scrolls right? but in reality i always fail and i mean always. one time, i got pissed and bought 20 scrolls and only 6 made it. do u call that 75%? i don't think so. even with 25 int 99 ...

wow this time i play i started using this harm and all i can say is DAMN. dragons won't even last 10 seconds when i spell trigger 3 lower resistance and then have jaheira use harm(+critical strike HLA for 100% to hit) + 1 magic missile and dragon's out. i'm just wondering is it suppose to be this ...

ok. i thought he should have more cuz u gain spells starting from level 8 and he came with a empty spellbook level 8. thanks for clearing that up.

ok i imported my game from bg1 a level8 guy and when i began the game minsc was level8 also. now i'm 13>mage 11 and minsc is about 15 level and he only has 3 level 1 spell slots i wonder is he lacking some.

well, that's unfortunate. since u no jester's chain offers a very very good ac as a chain mail and it looks SUPER cool. it's the only armor that makes ur character SHINE and i mean SHINE. too bad, gonna stick with the elven chain +1 for now. :p

my pc is a fighter/mage so no melodic chain even ...

ok i no the elven chain offers that service but is there any other armor beside elven chain, elven chain +1, bladesinger +4, and sylvan chain +2, i can wear and still maintain the spell casting ability?

i only have the official patch installed. the strangest thing is he gains those points by himself automatically when he levels up.
