Hi there - I don't use the walkthrough or any 'method' for the candles - basically I keep hitting them in a random order, maybe 3 or 4 times each or more, and I've never been stuck there long enough to get bored, so you could try that

I had thought it was the same actors voice with a different accent. I never really gave it much thought, but this would fit with him being possessed by someone else. I had some strange problems like all door knobs turning into fish - it turned out Steam was trying to un-patch my game. So if you're on Steam, that might be it. Re-install the game through Steam, then disable Steam's auto-updater for VtM:B, and then install Wesp's patch.

One final one - I play the game at a resolution of 1600x1200, and when starting a new game the "Skip Intro" button is in the middle of the screen, among all the skill points and things.
