There is a set of grand masters (lock pik and probe) in balmora on the 2nd floor of the lucky lock up but I haven't been able to steal them yet the npc always catches me.

When I unlocked the chest the khajitt attacked me first so when I killed him the other guy did not bother me and I had no bounty.

If you have the cash you can buy some skills in from trainers including sneak that have agility as a governing attribute. Each level is 1-10 each time a skill goes up the level goes up one point if you can get sneak or another skill that has agility as the governing attribute when you level up ...

I don't think it's a bug but the higher your attributres get the easier it gets I've also noticed that it's easier to sneak up on people too.

I did join the guild that's why this game can be cofusing cause every little thing we do changes the reaction to the story and it's different than everyone else's game.

Windows xp also has a compatibility wizard in the accessories section I've had to use this for a few games schizm was the most recent.

The only other thing that I know right now is to keep your weight as low as possible. It's the blue meter in the upper left corner of the character screen when looking at the inventory. Don't know if that helped but that's all I know at this point.
