Yip, you need 17 int and 15 strength for that character to dual class (IIRC).

First Class- 15 Prime req
Dualled Class - 17 Prime req

Reload and try again, this time make sure he turns hostile- not to take away from your victory but its much more satisfying to defeat him this way. A cow could kill a dragon that stays blue.

Lich: Buy a scroll 'protection from undead'
Lich wont atttack- piece of cake, easiest 22000 experience ever.

Just keep your rep below 18 (I think) and they'll stay...

Fallen Paladins: as far as I know there is no way to continue that quest -go back to the temple to make sure though. Unfortunatly you can't complete every quest in the game so your journal is a little untidy. :rolleyes:

Edwin is by far the best mage in BGII- a little unfair as he is evil (not good ...

Elemental damage is the key without using spells (especially because your at such a low level. If you can interupt spell casting he aint so hot anymore. Ranged weapons (arrows) of fire, and melee weapons (sword of flame) are perfect. Haste and charge- of course a trap set up is a good way to start...

Use your thief, get the werewolves to spread out and take them done one by one. Three is too much to handle at once, once separated backstab, if that wasn't enough run away and try again. (as there is a huge damage difference with the multiplyer for different hits) Always works and no party damage.

I think you will need those moD's if you want the game to be interresting.........if every battle is a walkover, why do u even bother to play......since soloing is all about beating difficult battles alone... .

yeah..........but, to solo those mods you really need to use every available item ...

It looks like Angurvadal, the flaming longsword from Watchers Keep (+4 when found in L4 and upgradable to +5 in ToB), would be perfect for your character.

I didn't wear any armor atall, i went for the robe of vecna, and still ended up with -9AC or something without using braces ...

This is not my first solo but my first attempt with this multiclass player. My character is Faenor (LoTR) and I plan to stick to an elvish persona and items (ie long swords, elven chain mail, long bow etc etc).

Any tips at all will be much appreciated- on anything relevant -RP or soloing.

No time limit. Just say your not ready to leave and take as long as you want. Weeks even, it doesn't matter.

Don't worry, just go about your normal business with out Keldorn. Go and do a quest or two, you will eventually get a messenger telling you to go to his estate.......

Is this simply the best item in SoA? If you take into account the helms availability and longevity (it lasts the entire game with me) aswell as the items bonuses, i personnally think it comes out as the best.

Gutted, saved over my saved game- o well, have to start again (thats what happens when you play two games at once and used quick save as the primary save :rolleyes: )

Anyway- do you think it would be wrong from a role playing point of view to kill all the dragons for there amour for my druids ...

Generally this a bug with windows 2000- do you have 2000?, go to the bioware web site and download the latest applicable patch.

I'm using shadow keeper to make my Fighter/Druid (shapeshifter) which needed a little tinkering- so a have a fighter who can wear no armour and can shapeshift in werewolf's (man i love three attacks per round :D ).
