Dragons easy to kill? Hahah trust me mate, noone has or will ever kill a dragon on the first try(without reading any of the fine strats here of course). Not easy, hard.

Which one of them should i trade away for Keldorn, if we discard experience? And oh, will my Edwin leave my party if my reputation gets too high?? Important issue cuz i just took him up in party and i want good reputation...

Anomen is my only healer if Jaheira is traded away btw..

Errr, will evil aligned characters leave if the reputation gets too high? If so, at what number will they leave(currently at 15)

The mage of course. Mages can just cast a bunch of protective spells like mirror mage, reflected image or the like and then hold, confuse, command or whatever and then just sit back and cast all his offensive spells.

The paladin doesn't stand a chance.

Haha well the beholders are even more laughable than those stupid Illithids. I just got my warrior the cloak of mirroring from that shark town&gave him a few protective spells and he plowed thrue all beholders in the beholder dungeon in underdark ALONE. A sight for the eye..
