I left it too long to rescue Dynaheir, and while I was trying to find my way to the Gnoll Stronghold Minsc attacked me. Is there a timer somewhere that I can change, and if so how do I do that? Cheers

Aha, thankyou. Sadly not too useful for Jan then, as he can cast True Sight anyway, but good to know.

What does 'Detect Illusion' actually do? I have 150 skill points in this for Jan, expecting that it would dispense with the need to cast True Sight and Detect Invisibility, but I have never had any effect whatsoever from this skill during combat. The most it ever did was expose a couple of mimics ...

Ah, we're meaning the bit before you fight him.

Irenicus isn't immune to any spell levels, as far as I know. He may have cast Spell Trap or Spell Turning, in which case your Breach is either being absorbed or is rebounding onto you.

Bizarrely, despite the fact that I've missed two tokens on every play through before, and notwithstanding the number of threads on this board started ...

I used the gamebanshee map and got all 21 tokens for the first time ever!

I'm neutral alignment right now, didn't make any of the evil choices in the hell trials, and it can't have been anything I've done since - I went back to an old save and cast Farsight, room's still all watery and nice. It's pretty odd, as the previous room went from lava-blue as normal. Could it be ...

Taking the second of Solar's tests (the one after you kill Yaga Shura), I walked in to find the room in its calm, forest like atmosphere. After I won the battle, it changed to the lava scene. I know this ought to be the other way round, anyone know why this has happened?

I shall definitely give it a go, I think. The artifacts thing doesn't bother me so much - I always feel kind of sad when I find great weapons that just aren't as good as the stuff I already have. Can never bear to sell them, either What does Tales of the Sword Coast add?

Well, I hadn't fought Dermin before then - so I don't believe he would have been able to give her the Harper pin. This shouldn't matter too much though, should it? Otherwise you'd have to have had the bulk of it finished in Chapters 2 and 3.

A game set in the Time of Troubles could be set anywhere, and would have some truely excellent bosses to fight.

I had a vaguely similar problem when me characters whacked dominated elves... have you tried going back to your last save in the underdark and going through without the AI on? If none of your characters hit anyone, nobody else should turn hostile, I believe.
