RomanceActive=3 means the romance is over. You want the variable to be RomanceActive=2.

The flirt packs don't speed up the romances, however.

In TOB they add some dialogs that can change what epiloge your romance gets, but mostly they're just to make the romances more enjoyable.

The messanger for Anomen doesn't show up in any particular place but instead at a particular time. Terl shows up the first time 5 game days after Anomen joins your party.

You probably wouldn't have gotten any LoveTalks in the Underdark, they're generally disabled in dungeons and most of the Underdark is a dungeon.

After the flower one, I believe there are only two more LoveTalks, one of which happens on rest.
