Just a word of advise if you do buy every spell in the game youll spend about 10 minutes to find just the right spell in your magic list thing cause there are litteraly hundreds of spells.

Yup Bound Longbow or what ever it's called is the best bet for low lvl marksman except if you buy it it only lasts 60 secounds unless you enchant something or make it a longer duraration (sp?) in spellmaking

the deadric Long bow is by far the best bow in the game (excluding enchanted) it does 2-50 damage. the problem is theres only like 3 in the game

the dwarven crossbow however does 30-30 damage so i prefer that

im also a bow type person i like standing on buildings like the gaurd towers in balamora ...

as far as i see the bow is farly accurate at a low lvl such as 15-20 is when it begins to become more accurate well atleast thats how it seems to me.

So im guessing your talking about tribunal trying to get there and all if you havent found the answer yet you if you have the goty version you need to be lvl 6 before you can even go ...

used Dwarven claymor 15-30 points of fire on strike used it till about lvl 7

Soul Cleaver
Ebony scimitar soul trap for 60s and some ammount of fire damage on strike.

Black hand of Levitate
DarkBrotherhood Right Gauntlet 1-10 points levitate for 60 secounds i think...

13 here this game does take some patience like thousand frac says all my friends like games like Dead or alive were the whole point is to knock some1s head off basicly.

i like the complexity of the game thats y i keep playing it.

theres very few things that you can get C. E. souls from best though is golden saints ez to find ez to kill once a high lvl and hard to soul trap though couse of that stupid dispel or something.

to answer your first question you need to enchant the bolts for damage and the bow for C. E. namly increase marksman 10 pts onself or just like a for 30 sec and such.

for your secound question for C. E. enchantments you need a soul worth like 400 pts like Golden saints ascended sleepers and some ...
