Wyvern stingers should have been found on the very first level of Dragons eye. Each one of the smaller wyverns you should have fought, should have dropped one. I would go back to that area and hit "alt". This should make visible anything that they dropped.

When you first enter dragons eye(first level) you need to head towards the bottom of the screen. This will get you to the area with all the smaller wyverns. In this area will also be a collapsed area of floor that will get you to one smaller room that is on level 2.

Never completely figured that one out. Supposedly two of the panels give you protection from electricity. Someone else said the symbols on them were actually numbers. Though I was beyond this point when I read it and never went back to confirm it.

Yeah, the BG2 Flayers were much worse.
There are certain Clerical spells and maybe Wizard/Sorcerer spells that can protect your party or atleast one member of it while you try to kill it.

I'm fairly certain that you need to really hustle back to the portal before it closes or it is indeed 'Adventuer over'. Seen a few other posts that this is the case.

Yes, Im about 99% certain you need to kill the Dark Treants to advance th plot and continue the game. Been awhile since I've been there so might be wrong in some of my suggestions.

Maybe there is a cutscene movie after you kill the last treant and setting graphics acceleration a little bit lower ...
