I think that the encounters in the town are all having to do with some sort of quest or another, but the waylays from the passing between the distant cities are random. The latter of course provides limited exp and minute scrolls.

I think a sorc is prob better if you are going to solo because of the large amount of spells he can cast. A mage is best used in a party because he can be kept at the back and cast supporting spells.
As for the level ten spells you can check them out here: http://www.gamebanshee.com/baldursgateii ...

Double experience?
Someone had informed me that if you play on the insane level of difficulty that you get more exp than usual. When playing on any difficulty the game still says: "Your party had gained exp #" and the # is the same on every level of difficulty. But maybe it is just saying a predetermined value but the ...

Because that is cheating...uh...well...its not as fun because you are just writing the source code for the stuff you want instead of cutting legit cheese for it. :)
Also I can't download the shadow keeper thing anyway because it is of MIME type application.zip or whatever so the prefs won't let me ...

You may scoff at me for this but I wanted to use it for the cheese of being able to keep your items when you start a new game. I was going to accumilate large amounts of wealth and then restart, import my character and use the method of pausing and droping all the items on the ground right before ...

Gold to Item Form
I dunno if this was a previously asked question(I'm too lazy to check), but is there ANY way whatsoever to turn gold from your accumilated purse back into item form(like that item that shows gold coins and a number)?
Maybe put it from your inventory back on the ground?

I say archers are the coolest characters.
Even in the beginning of the game they can already have high grand mastery(5 proficiency) with a bow. And they get bonuses for being an archer. And on top of that I gave him the bow from d'arnise keep(the +3 one next to the golems) and then I use arrows +2 ...

Bodhi and the Treachery Quest (SPOILERS)
I wanted to know if you could do the quests that the shadow thief gives you about uncovering ma'evars(waz his face) treachery at the same time as the Bodhi string.
As in the quest given to you by the shadow thief leader at the guild hall thing in the docks. I had always gotten that quest at the ...

Does the dog stew making give you exp?
Because I would simply prefer to kill all the umberhulks if that gives more. They arent that tough one at a time.
Even though this is kinda cheesy, you can open the door, wait till one goes through, then close the door. Consequentaly you get to fight them one ...
