I always save before picking locks, but is there a way to open containers that have jammed locks?

In CE, containers CAN jam. The one in the House of the Dragon in Fargrove jams if I screw up the lockpicking. The same goes for the two cabinets in...

Do they basicly increase the base amount of area, your map reveals or fog it removes as you move?

I dont really like how I can see...

I tried detecting the brick with a scout skill of 5, and no luck. I couldn't detect it with a crystal of vision, either.
