There are 5 groups of saves.
Paralyze
Rod
Petrify
Breath
Spells
What are they really for? What's the difference? Everything should be under "SPELLS"

Read the spell descriptions to see which spell requires which kind of save.

Paladins get +2 to all saves, but halflings and dwarves get +1 for each 3.5 con in 3 saves, including the 2 important ones, vs paralyze/poison/death and spells, so a halfling or dwarf fighter with high con has better saves than a paladin.

That would make a dwarf fighter/cleric immune to magic
Especially in a heart of fury mode
But would that be necessary? A Cleric/Ranger fit the role better except she has smaller saves.
