Breach Problem

Post by Edar Macilrille »

I play a modded game, my usual mods plus Chloe (though in Underdark she leaves for Soulafein who is less overpowered despite being often called "cheesy"). And I have had a problem I never encountered before and must thus deduce is from Chloe Mod.

Whenever I cast breach it affects everyone on the map, EVERYONE, even neutrals and friends. I can live with my friends loosing their combat protection, only my Sorcerer has it anyway, but then all the neutrals goes Hostile, which is perhaps a tad ... inconvenient... Especially in Athkatla.

Anyone experienced this? And anyone with an idea what to do? Except of course to not cast breach, which I have managed with till now, but which makes the battles somewhat more difficult as I am melee-heavy.

That should only happen if someone's tinkeredwith the spell, that should be easy to correct. If you look in your override folder (c:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII SoA\Override by default) for a file labelled SPWI513.spl and delete it your problem should be solved.

That did not, unfortunately, work.
