Daheel - Bard 1 Barbarian [13edit12] Fighter1
Amraith - Enchanter 4 Fighter 10
Harbesh - Rogue 10 Fighter 4
Makados - Cleric of Talos 14
Mirai - Mage 14
Fissera - Druid 14
They are non- min/maxed and are in fact the default party, hands of fury..
I start the battle buffed up to holy hell. I have 5 undead and 1 Bear on the table which I thought would give me an advantage. Soon they have undead also. A dwarf fighter makes a bead for Makados who is the healer and dead raiser. Fissera casts creaping doom near the dwarf and all fighters attack the dwarf. Amraith[edit Mirai' casts chaos. Mirai casts flame arrow. Harbesh gets behind the dwarf to try and turn him to attack. A ranged enemy (rogue?) has now wrecked Harbesh's HP.
Is this the hardest fight in the game?
I don't need the sword but it is just frustrated to be destroyed. Also is there any way to return the merchant to the area. I wanted the Massive Halberd of Hate, but now that I might have the gold the merchant is gone. I can't remember if I completed this fight my original party.
----------------
Edit: I figured out to lower the difficulty setting and remember the immunities of the enemies which I looked up. That helped immense for example we rapidly 'chunked' the mage and I kept the rogue (missile) busy with a couple of zombie lords. I still didn't realize
that you cannot hurt the evil dwarf very much with anything other than magic so it took ages to bring him down. I took some invisibility spells with the mage to unlock the dwarfs AI if he went for a caster. Also I turned their bone guards and then cast dismissal on them.
Still I needed about 6 reloads even with that set up.
