No, you couldn't read it.
There was only one "hidden" circle of Zerthimon. Know this.
No real use for Lim-Lims, no.
Yes, she was.

You're right about two extra hidden circles, not one: I wasn't looking at my notes, just relying on memory. You require an INT of 16 to read the 8th circle, and a WIS of 19 or greater to give the correct answer to Dak'kon.
The 8th is the last available circle. I continued taking my INT and WIS through tattoos and quests to 22, and never found another.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Since your other questions were answered already, I'll just worry with the last one.
*Spoilers if anyone wants to avoid them.*
Yep, Mebbeth was Ravel, as was the odd woman in the Mortuary who would stitch you up if you let her. The woman in the underground city who would remove your intestines was also Ravel. As far as I know those three were the only ones, though.

The lim-lims kick ass... well cranium rat asses . Use them in the catacombs, other than that they are pretty useless in battle. As rapier said, you can turn one to stone using that medusa postitute from the brothel. You then take it to the auctioneer in the Lower Ward and you can join the anarchists.
