No, you couldn't read it.
There was only one "hidden" circle of Zerthimon. Know this.
No real use for Lim-Lims, no.
Yes, she was.

You can turn the Lim-lim to stone and either sell him or join the Anarchists with it...

Fable, there are two hidden circles (7 and 8). You got to have INT and WIS of at least 19 to benefit from them (and Dak'kon benefits too). I just wondered if there was a ninth also...

You're right about two extra hidden circles, not one: I wasn't looking at my notes, just relying on memory. You require an INT of 16 to read the 8th circle, and a WIS of 19 or greater to give the correct answer to Dak'kon.

The 8th is the last available circle. I continued taking my INT and WIS through tattoos and quests to 22, and never found another.

Thanks! The only worth getting those higher circles available is to boost Dak'kon and make him a happier Gith. I was disappointed at the spells a bit (but luckily,I didn't feel as sad as I should have been hmmm...)

Since your other questions were answered already, I'll just worry with the last one.

*Spoilers if anyone wants to avoid them.*

Yep, Mebbeth was Ravel, as was the odd woman in the Mortuary who would stitch you up if you let her. The woman in the underground city who would remove your intestines was also Ravel. As far as I know those three were the only ones, though.

They were the only three. Ravel reveals this when she finally confronts you.

The lim-lims kick ass... well cranium rat asses :) . Use them in the catacombs, other than that they are pretty useless in battle. As rapier said, you can turn one to stone using that medusa postitute from the brothel. You then take it to the auctioneer in the Lower Ward and you can join the anarchists.
