Are all the classes from 3E gonna be represented in NWN? If anyone knows please lemme know, because I'm probably gonna be in a pen and paper campaign at school and I'd like to play the same characters and compare since I've never actually played pen and paper D&D before. Thanks.

Kits and prestige classesf will at release not be in the game - but I'll bet much that there will be some 3rd party groups that will script these into the game
I doubt NWN will serve as a good reference for PnP... Too different, what with all the modifications to CRPG. Too many abilities and optional stuff that won't make it in.
No Prestige Classes (actually a good thing, IMO)
No Contingency for mages
No climbing, swimming, flying
