Classes???

Post by Skuld »

Are all the classes from 3E gonna be represented in NWN? If anyone knows please lemme know, because I'm probably gonna be in a pen and paper campaign at school and I'd like to play the same characters and compare since I've never actually played pen and paper D&D before. Thanks.

i'd say yes....just cuz i haven't heard differently....and that'd be a big deal...so i'm sure someone would be ranting about it.

As far sa we know all classes will be In NwN.

Kits and prestige classesf will at release not be in the game - but I'll bet much that there will be some 3rd party groups that will script these into the game :)

I have no doubt that people are already planning what type of kits and prestige classes there are that they want to introduce. :)

I doubt NWN will serve as a good reference for PnP... Too different, what with all the modifications to CRPG. Too many abilities and optional stuff that won't make it in.

No Prestige Classes (actually a good thing, IMO)
No Contingency for mages
No climbing, swimming, flying

OK. so if the pnp game does happen it'll be more of a contrast, but i still wanna see what it's like.
