It's called animation shop and it is part of Paint Shop Pro 7

Just open the animation and click on resize animaiton

You could edit every frame so that they have a white background and then it wont look quite so strange

here you go CM. I resized it, and also made two versions. 121 has a clear background, and it might look a bit dodgy against the GB black background, but try it first. If it looks strange, use the second one which has a nice white background...

hmmph..sorry CM I don't think those'll work, something seems to be going wrong. I resized them accidentally to 28x52, and posted them, but after resizing them to the proper size they are not changing. It isn't a problem with the software, it's either on GB's end, or my browser's end...not sure what's going on...

ahh..thought I'd got it wrong, but evidently not...glad you like it!

I tried paint, but for some reason i couldn't open it with paint.

I used Paintshop Pro 7 (recommended to me by sleep a few posts ago). I just downloaded the trial version, but I wouldn't bother unless you've got a cable connection or a lot of free time...

anyway here's the one with an attempt at getting rid of the white line...can't tell if it'll look any good...
