Actually, not all evil choices result in change of your alignment. The one which surely does is Wraith. BTW, when I did it I gained 1 point of strength immediately, plus two when I placed the tear. So, it is total of three. The other thing is that if you chose evil path while your party is not complete (less than 6 members) it seems that you get the good award anyway.

I originally submitted the test results for Gamebanshee and the 10% MR for evil on the Selfishness test is incorrect...I was thrown off by a game bug.
Apparently, the results for the Greed test will be used in place of the results on this test when figuring out the reward. (http://www.gamebanshee.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/003334.html)
The extra bonus for evil in the Wrath test goes to whatever your prime stat is...pretty nice. Would be even nicer if it actually did what Sarevok claims -- allow you to use the Slayer whenever you want (without taking damage).
The Dragon IMO MUST be Gold. It must be metallic or killing it wouldn't be evil. Since it certainly isn't Silver or Platinum I think Gold is more likely than Brass or Copper.
As far as the tests go, I think the best reward depends somewhat on class.
Dragon: Generally the resistances are better than the XP. 200k doesn't take that long to make up in this game. Also, the resistances are nice for Shapeshifters as they become 60% resistant to elemental damage in Greater Werewolf.
Fear: +2 Con isn't even worth considering unless you're a fighter. Immune to +1 weapons and less actually would make a huge difference in BG2...I think even Umber Hulks and Trolls only count as +1. Nothing, except for a few of the traps and maybe the golems, can even scratch you in the first dungeon. With Protection from Magic Weapons it become complete invulnerability.
Selfish: Best IMO is to take the evil path and get the good result...especially for Monks and Paladins as that 10% puts them over 100%. MR is very useful for ANY character and your fighter types by now should dominate most enemies in physical combat. Only with a Kensai or other AC handicapped character would I consider the AC bonus better... However once the good penalties are weighed in I think the evil may be better. -1 Dex also usually means -1 AC and 3 points of AC is a lot to give up for 10% MR. Especially for Monks once TOB comes out and they can hit 100% MR anyway.
Greed: +2 Saves definitely better than +15 HP. If it was +50 hp might be worth looking at.
Wrath: Good if you're a cleric or using Crom Faeyr (or both). Evil otherwise.

how can pally go over 100 in mag res?
2x ring of gax 20%
kaligun's ammy 10%
Carsomyr 50%
Endgame bonus 10%
total 90%
i could understand it if cloak of balduran existed in bg2, but noone has found it, though the hint book lists shadow portal dungeon as the place
and how did you get the AC bonus from the selfishness test?

I was thinking about the monk and just threw the paladin in. For the monk, replace the 50% with 64% so you really only need an extra 6% to hit 100%. Also, you can get 10% from the Sword of Balduran so you don't need 2xRing of Gaxx to hit 100% with the end game bonus.
Doesn't help the Paladin though. Although the sword is far from the best weapon for the monk, in some games I have carried the sword, then equipped it just before getting hit with spells.
To get the evil reward (+2 AC), either take the evil path in Greed as well or use the patch.

no I am pretty sure of that also the final save is mad before the tear-bonuses.Originally posted by Bruce Lee:
Will you be able to keep those bonuses in the expansion?
BG 1 is not my strong side but I believe that you got to keep them there.

I agree with sigurd that there is no reason why we shouldn't have bonus in ToB - there are enough spells to lower resistances, drains etc. that we shouldn't be worry that supposed enemies will not be able to hurt or even kill PC.

I know what it looks like, but killing a Green dragon would be a good thing to do and the reason wouldn't be that it was in your way...you would be killing it because it is Evil. Therefore, as I said...Originally posted by The_Pope:
