I was just wondering ... If those are in the game? and if they are, what stats do they have & how can I get 'em!

Are you talking about the Boots of Etherealness?If so,you can find them in the Drow section of the Sahaugin City-Of-Caverns,but you'll need to play the game with the Imps first.
As to what they do,they make the wearer ethereal once per day for 30 seconds,effectively granting immunity to normal weapons.

Nope, not the boots of etherealness. The boots of phasing - I think they have something to do with druids, or the druid stronghold? I've never found them and I'm very curious about that item. On some pages it is listed as an item in the game, but I haven't found any stats

If they're in BGII, you'll find them in SK....Not a great solution, but a point to start....Let us know if you'll ever find them....

I don't know where you'd find them... but their code is BOOT08. You know we're talking about a 'cursed' item, right? IOW you can't remove them without a Remove Curse. They teleport you randomly from enemy to enemy until there are none in sight, but you do get a +2 AC bonus. An interesting challenge they would be, that's for sure...
