Didnt I hear Yuan-tis chanting that in IWD2? Hmmm...that makes more sense now.

Speaking of Yuan tis those things are awesome, but there are no avys I can find of them. :(

EDIT-Nope. Ra only sounds familiar. Not much else though.

IIRC, there was a Yuan-ti animation on one of the official IwD sites. Porbably for the original game.

Seth (Sseth ?) is the name of the god the Yuan-ti worship, maybe someone that *knows* more about AD&D lore can tell ya more. Also, Seth is the Greek spelling of Setekh, which I've also seen spelled Set or Seb.

Ra was the god of the sun, and the creator-god, depending on the period.

Why do they call CM Fas?

Ah. Thats right. 2 s's. Ill have to ask my bro about that. He plays AD&D every week with his peeps.

Oh. Well maybe I have heard of him. But Im still not all too sure.

Fas is a shortened version of CM's name IRL.

Yes, but honestly, how else can a L.1 mage expect to stop a werewolf? Throw rocks?

Has Arudin ever considered finding a familiar?

Oh god! I hadn't even thought of that! Imagine what kind of critter he'd attract! Image Image

29 is Grunt's cameo, right? Image I like that one too. And Nippy and Dottie are in ep 20, I think...

Oh, and there's a new X-Men 2 trailer up. It's pretty much the same as the last one, but with slightly better sound and effects. There are a few cool new scenes though (including some b!tching Nightcrawler shots). All in all it's as though the last trailer was a rehearsal for this new one. ;)
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Unfortunately, I haven't come across a statue of Tybaltus. To correctly portray Osiris at this time of year, the statue should show him wrapped as a mummy up to the neck, and he should be wearing a small Santa hat.

Sutekh=Set=Seth was the Egyptian god of darkness and evil, the equivalent in some respects of Satan. He was the sworn enemy of Ra, murderer (and brother) of Osiris, and was defeated by Osiris's son Horus. Horus and Set represent the duality of good and evil in Egyptian religion.

I must have been thinking of Talos, god of chaos and destrction...
So is it correct that Ra is the sun god?

Can you explain this:
Found on an Egyptian mythology site
Hathor - The goddess of love, dance and alcohol was depicted as a cow.

Well hes a black statue...not sure what he's made of. Its relatively light. But the place we baught it is worthy of buying stuff from. Osiris' statue was worth 175 dollars, roughly. Hes on display in my room.

Hmmm...Im surprised Kayless didnt comment on my Simpsons post. :(
