BTW, I know you didn't mean any harm, but I kind of feel like my characters are being roleplayed for me in your post. Not that you roleplayed them wrong or anything...it just doesn't seem that roleplaying them as you did adds to what you were going for with your character. Personally, I'd prefer to write their reactions myself. In this sort of situation, I think something that might have worked well would have been to have their attention drawn to what was going on, perhaps by taking their perspective and showing the situation through their eyes. That way, you avoid any unnecessary roleplaying, but you ensure that I'm forced to react to the situation in my next post. Just a tip from a guy who's been doing this sort of thing for a long time.
