I made a little amulet that will teleport me to either the Mudcrab Merchant or the Creeper. :D
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

lol! How did you do that? I assume by enchanting but what spell combination?

Or was it with the construction set, in which case, since I'm not much of a techie, I'm in serious trouble... :o

Nope, with TES - this thing has to be done with a script. It's not hard - just write the script and attach it to an item. Create an item to attach it to by changing the ID of a pre-existing one. The construction set will ask if you want to create a new - click yes, and voila!

If you're interested, I can post the script. It's designed to work with clothing items - and triggers on equipping.

the prophecy...

basically that means youv'e killed someone that is important to the plot later on, someone that you shouldn't kill untill they have played theyre part in the plot, you should be able to restart from a recent save.

Umbra's an interesting character. He's so powerful he's become bored and challenges you to a duel to the death hoping you'll kill him.
