you can get the Lord Mail by swimming near SW ebonheart and finding a Grotto (underwater cave). The underwater door should lead to a guy mad a the imperials (go figure... he stole the cuirass....) and will attack you. Kill him and find the cuirass..
Chrysamere is found somewhere... but you dont need the quests to get it.

King's Oath is a Sword that you get from doing the Tribunal Main Quest. It's okay I guess. For someone who likes to carry heavy longswords, I prefer the other weapon you get from King Helseth (spoiler) The Dagger of Symacheusse (*spelling*)
