I dunno why, but I can never finish a campaign because of my PC choises. They do really annoying things that make me mad and get them killed (like charge into an advancing army of ogres and orcs with four level one characters and try to fight them off without weapons )
I could tell them that they will die in this battle if they don't avoid it, but then they just do the battle for the hell of it...
Can someone give me tips on how to get them to avoid these kind of choises made by them?

Sounds to me, like your players aren't really into the whole idea of Roleplaying games.
Find out if they actually want to do this or not ....

Help them make characters they like to play. This is imo essential for a number of reasons, and in your case it might persuade them to play more catious as well.
Try to find out what each player want to do with his character, and give each of them a part of it early in game. If they die, let them try again with different characters.
Make sure the characters motivation is something that suits your plot. For example: If one of your characters hate authority then doing quests for an arrogant king is a sure way to make things go bad, avoid these situations.
Ask the players what they want to get out of the game, if its not compatible with what you want, then I suggest finding new players or perhaps one of them can be DM for a while.

My biggest thing as a DM is that at the end of each session, right after I give out XP, I ask the players 2 questions. What did you like/not like? and What do you want to see more of/less of. It's sort of a way for the players to give the DM XP. The sole reason for any type of Role Play, IMO, is to have fun. If the players aren't enjoying themselves, there's no reason for them to give a crap about any of the work you've done.
