I've seen:

Alexander - Should be called Prince Peroxide and The Quest For The Script.

Man On Fire - Brilliant.

Stepford Wives - Botox Bimbo Rampage.

The Terminal - I smiled once. I had a nice dream. ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz

The Incredibles - Incredible.

Hero - Five out of five!

Looking forward to: Meet The Fockers, House Of Flying Daggers, Constantine.

Definitely agree about Pus, but why did she have to change back into an ogre?

You're right, Shrek is fine as an ogre, but she looked so much better when she was human.

Brilliant music. That's about it.
The Terminal - I smiled once. I had a nice dream. ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz
I liked it a lot. Also good music.
Hero - Five out of five!
I'll give it three out of five, for good intentions. What a shallow movie. What a inappropriate script.

I saw Supersize Me the other day.. DO NOT see it if you are a fan of McFood.. :( It made me feel bad about giving my daughter french fries! the nerve, encouraging me to teach my child to eat better.

Man On Fire - Loved it as well. Denzel's one of my favourite actors

Hero - Gotta agree with Morlock, 3/5, I liked it better than Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon though.

I saw Rid**** recently (yes I know, it's kind of old, but I rent most of the movies I watch, I don't go to the theater). I enjoyed its action and I felt that the universe it was set in had a lot of richness and depth (it was a comic before IIRC so that might've helped it). Vin Diesel wasn't flawless but I thought he did a pretty good job. Thandie Newton was convincing as well.

AMEN. Shallow, weak...I can't say enough bad about it. A waste of resources.

What else? Oh, I finally saw "Blade" - good film, kind of over-the-top gore, but nothing offensive. Decent plot, worth renting.
I sincerely wish we could re-consider this plan from a perspective that involved pants.

Ive seen:

Full Metal Jacket
Suicide Club

Full Metal Jacket was pretty good but it kinda hits you over the head with the main theme of : War desensitizes humans

Suicide Club was really weird and slightly disturbing, but I guess it wasnt that bad I sorta enjoyed it.

I just saw Dogville and had my breath taken away. While I hate using cliches, it was a true masterpiece of modern cinema, and easily one of the best movies made the past several years. I'm booking tickets for Manderlay tomorrow.

On an unrelated note: I saw Sin City yesterday and it was relatively entertaining but mediocre in all other respects.

I've seen Spaceballs the other day. It was extreme funny the first hour but then I got a bit tired of it. It just keeps going on in the same way. Anyways some parts are hilarious.

I went to see Kingdom of Heaven a while back, and I was disappointed. The fight scenes were good, but the entire movie was disjointed. Nothing that happened really made sense, and there was awful resolution at the end of the movie. :p

Yeah, Sin City was fun for a while, but when the body parts just kept flying and the story didn't get more interesting, I actually left the theater to catch up with some friends at a bar. Not very entertaining, though the black and white was pretty cool. Good cinematography.

I don't like spaceballs at all. A good parody requires more then just copying a movie with a lower budget imo. It's very cheap to make a parody of a movie witch is a parody all in itself.

I'm fairly certain that was the entire point of the movie though. Some movies are made to be so stupid they're amusing.

I agree, but I don't think spaceballs is one of them. Maybe it was intended to be, but imo it didn't succed at all.

word. there were some amusing moments, but other than the blatantly stolen parts, the film bears no resemblance stylisticly to the films it supposedly is mocking. it's just like having an odd, yet strangely dull low-budget sci-fi film with darth vader jokes.

On the whole starwars copying theme, I downloaded Star Wars: Revalations today, and thought, while it was obvious that it wasn't a Lucas Film, and that it was made on a low budget, It WAS a highly entertaining way to spend 47 minutes of my life. :)

Star Wars: Revelations is a Not For Profit fan film, availible for free download from http://www.panickstruckpro.com
