Just so you know, Enchanting is one of the most difficult things in the game to achieve successfully. Even if you manage to get both Enchant and Intelligence up to 100, not to mention Luck, you are highly unlikely to enchant anything with constant effect. From what I recall reading, your intelligence has to be fortified into the thousands, which people tend to do by creating "fortify intelligence" potions.

And better way to create enchant stuff would be using some enchanter.. wich are NPC.. it will cost much... but atleast you dont fail in it..
