is there a definitive list of things to NOT put points in as of 1.3?

i haven't found one, and if there is one, please link it up.
otherwise, let's start making one.
the things i know don't work:
honor.
parry.
what about intellect - does it do enough to be worth investing in? and what other skills are useless?

Intellect is a must for spellcasters. You need the discount to make the magic skills affordable. I myself am now playing a female elf wizard. I plan to up my intelligence to 100 or so (its at 90 now).

There isn't much reason to put points in pick locks, since almost every lock has a trap on it. I think you need to put one point in light dual weapons to get it to work, but medium dual weapons doesn't work. Other skills like hawkeye and critical strike were broken before, but I haven't heard anything about them as of 1.3.

Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

My parry skill when increased does not increase my parry stat as well. It seemed to work for a while but then stopped, perhaps after patch 1.1. Have installed patch 1.3 and it still does not work. That doesn't mean parry stat doesn't work. It still increases with agility.

That's exactly the truth with me. By now I have tried increasing the parry skill with two different characters. Both were the same case. Parry increased as I increased agility but did not change when parry skill was increased.
It's hilarious (but for the wrong reasons) that it reportedly did work before patch 1.1. Programmers from Heuristic Park have shown that they can add even more bugs.

Guys, both agi and dex influence on parry; with patch 1.1 I had no problems with parry - with each point of the skill "parry", my total parry increased also with a point. Now, with patch 1.3, a few seconds ago, I tried increasing the skill "parry" - the total did not change! I agree with ziggy_stardust - as also I wrote in one of the threads --> "I am sorry, but I have just experienced how stuped these people_developers are - they just removed the outlook option at the begining; at the end - haha, the relic-ring does not protect you from the magic of the final boss - if that is called an ajustment (sigh). I will call it a "Vicious circle" - correct one bug with another one! Really stupid, all waiting for nothing!"
if you think about it maybe the skill increase in parry wont happen until you have a certain speed. Maybe like a penalty thing like when you try to equip a weapon your not ready for. If you think about it you have to be fast to parry especially if your trying to get more advanced at this skill as well. Still it is still kind of stupid though.
