Because not all naughty is bad. Some of it deserves reward. Besides, coal is way too much trouble to mine with all the safety regulations the government instituted after the last dozen tunnel collapses.

So, let me get this straight...in conversation about Santa's nether regions, you latch onto "up" as the key word?
