I have one little question...
Weapon Finesse only works with Light weapon, right?
a Katana (masterwork Bastard Sword) is not a Light Weapon...
if I make a Katana with Mithral material it's weight drops 50%. (6 pounds to 3 pounds)...
This way I can treat the Katana as a Light weapon and get Weapon finesse (Katana) ???
New Character, please help :D

While I believe that SHOULD be that way, as it's so much lighter and easier to wield, it, sadly, doesn't work that way in DND.
You can only have light weapons, a rapier, spiked chain, or whip with weapon finesse. And if you think about it, Spiked Chain is one of the most insane weapons in the game. Decent damage and a reach that can be shortened or extended instead of being a straight reach. Nuts I tells ya.

not to mention the possibly usefull extras in disarming and trip attempts, if I'm correct.
(and, if aplicable, there is that wonderfull dancing chains spell in book of vile darkness)

The one thing I find wrong about your ability scores is, if you decide to go with the ranger so you can master with two weapon fighting, you won't be able to cast any of your divine spells, because they require wisdom scores of 10+ the spell level.
Ok...
Here are my characters abilities scores... take a look and say what you guys think of it.
STR = 15
DEX = 20*
CON = 10
INT = 17
WIS = 10
CHA = 12*
*Note that I didn't put the racial bonus in DEX and CHA. With the bonus the DEX is 24 and CHA is 14.
is this ok??
If I were you, I would put the 17 in CON, you are a melee class after all.
CHA is nice if you are a charismatic character, otherwise put it in INT for the skill points.
