need processor,and 230 mb of ram worth it?
is this game worth a new processor 79 $ ram 49$ and vid card 59 $ i mean i can almost buy a new comp with that

Buy a new comp. Only make sure it is well overpowered; that way it will be fit for upcoming games as well as Oblivion.
And despite a lot of criticisms by a lot of people (mostly valid!), it's a fun game to play. I'm enjoying it hugely.

Well if you have that much to spend I would upgrade the computer you already have. I have a policy if you wish to call it that, that when I do buy a completely new computer I go overboard as much as possible. The industry moves fast, so a real beast of a machine gets old quickly therefore I think that it's a smart move, you can use it longer. Anyway, if the money is tight, I say upgrade because honestly, it won't be a waste, in general you will be able to use your computer more easily. But choose carefully.
