A time limit would be fine for a spell like that. The higher the level, the longer you will stay in that disguise. i would refer to that more as some kind of spell like Shadow melt.. wher eu can break in someones house and when he is awake he melt in the shadow....
And to add to that.. they should Make a one hit Kill spell for the ultimate infultration experiance.. it will not work in nomral combat but when sneaking and poeple arent aware of u u can kill them with one hit....

I really liked the Berserk spell, the animation as well as the effect.
I think it'd be sweet if they had a few shapeshifting spells as well as a few more summoning spells.

To add to that idea, why not have a summoning spell where you have to kill a certain monster in order to summon that monster? Also, it can go on a selection basis where if you choose the summon spell, you will be prompted to choose which monster to summon. Not sure if this kind of spell is a good idea but what about a magic spell that summons clones of the player character (the number of clones depends on the level of mastery of that spell). Might sound like a good idea for additional help and for confusing enemies.

Good and Evil ?
I think as a heavey magic user that there spells that only a good person can learn and spells that an evil person can learn I think that would be very cool and i also think that they should upgrad assassians rush in the sence that in the lower levils of the spell it is normal but if you max the spell then while the spell is in motion i think it should stab the guy in a backwards motion that would be very cool
and sorry if someone has posted somthing like this i didn't see it !

Good idea. This reminds me of the armour piercing bullet, come to think of it. This spell will be very useful when dealing with groups of enemies and especially heavily armoured enemies.Unreality wrote:name: Penetrating Projectile

what about telekinesis?
it would be awsome if you could pick stuff up and throw it at enemies or even throw enemies!
it could be usefull if your sneaking around.
guards standing guarding a gate,you lift a rock(telekineticly ofcourse)guards go look you sneak in the gate!
or guards standing guarding a gate,you slightly push a guard(tk)until he gets anoyed and starts fighting his friend while you sneak in!
or if you just dont like sneaking and you happen to be on a mountain,tk throw them of the mountain or slam them up and down on the ground or if your tk is high enough throw a giant boulder at them

This reminds me a little bit about some Star Wars Force power. Good idea though. I have another idea for spells. What about an invisibility spell? Might be good especially for stealth missions or if you want to ambush an enemy. Another spell I had in mind is a camouflage spell where if you stand near an object (a tree, for example) and cast that spell, you will blend to look like that object.

The spell that suspends the enemy/enemies in the air reminds me of the Force Grip power used in the Star Wars: Jedi Academy series. Raise Dead:
Animates the skeletons of dead bodies to fight for you. Higher levels produce stronger, faster, longer-lasting skeletons and more of them.
And for the Light Will Users:

Like Physical Sheild, Blessed Reversal blocks incoming attacks, but as an added effect, it bounces some of the damage back on the attacker. Higher levels reflect more damage.
