Some years ago, alot of people asked for a solution to allow Tremere to use their Dominate ability in dialogs like Ventrue, saying it made little sense for them to have access to the discipline but not use it fully. It was discussed on several forums. Some argued it would remove individuality from Ventrue or make the already powerful Tremere clan overly strong. But no matter, the final point was that, unfortunately, it was hardcoded and there was no real way around it.
Well, I found - or say, created, a way around it, that id be more than happy to release. Its a dialog-based solution, and thus was a little time-consuming to apply to the whole game, but it essentially gets the job done.
EDIT: NEVERMIND THIS PART. SOLUTION FOUND.
Only one problem, though. I haven't found a way for my fix to correctly remove blood costs for using Dominate so far, and if Im going to release a solution, at a minimum I dont want it to be either overly half-arsed, nor unbalanced. So I'm asking everyone if they can help me find a dialog-based way to deduct blood that is not based on either Dominate or Dementation. The BloodCost parameter used elsewhere doesnt seem to work, but maybe someone knows a way.
Oh, and just a request: I know like I said this was a controversial issue. I worked on this only for the fun of getting around an hardcoded problem, please keep philosophical or balance discussions in the "Tremere overpowered!!!11!" thread.

Well, i found a solution to my bloodcost issue, so now all I need to do is run a playtest with a Tremere, make sure i didnt screw up anything. I will issue a release shortly.
