Was looking a bit into that and found an Intel Xeon with a clock rate of 3,5 Ghz having two of these (one as a master and one as a slave)would give you a clock rate of 7 Ghz. Also IBM has announced their Power6 processor which clocks at about 5 Ghz which is the highest clock speed for a single processor it the moment.DesR85 wrote:I don't recall coming across a computer with that CPU clock speed before.
