1. You get the same ammount of XP, but of course the XP per character is higher (like the Baldur's Gate series). The overall XP gained will be the same.
2. Each monster gives a pre-determined amount of XP, so even if you're 30, you'll still get your experience for slaying a goblin.
3. The average party level does not matter in IWD1, so it won't really make much difference here.
