yes, how did you do that?
I've wondered what would happen if you let Imoen get killed (without ressurecting her) before exiting the first Irenicus dungeon, but I've never actually tried it. Is this what you did by any chance???
Why don't you try going through the Shadow Thieves stuff anyway, because you do still have to get to Irenicus. Keeep us posted, this is interesting.

Imoen can't die in the first Irenicus dungeon, she has a belt on that will not let her die.

@Craig...I believe you are confusing people. In your first post you seemed to me to be asking if you could get her past the Cowled Wizards and Irenicus. I doupt you can...because if you did their wouldn't be a plot to the game then....you spent more than half the game just trying to get her back...now if you got her back right after the first dungeon....you have cut the game time in half and have no reason to even go after Irenicus.

So what are you going to do now?? ?? ??

You have a game without a continuing plot. All I can tell you is restart your game.

Dump her?? She will be still standing there or do you think she will run to Irenicus and ask him to take her with him so the plot can continue??

I belive that you have just interrupted somehow the cutscene and it caused that Imoen is still in your party - I have only one advice - start the game from the begining.

Carry on it could be amusing you could end up with a Tear in the space time fabric, two identical peices of matter can not be in the same place at one time :) , but then all you have to do is run a level five diagnostic and emit a tachyon pulse and everything is sorted, but then it might melt your computer, in that case sue Interplay for causing you mental distress :D :D

...>But seriously (if i cna) just try to carry on, there are very few things that can happen to permanently crap up your game.
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

Why not just reload the auto-save and try the cut scene again?

Anyway, I think you'll just find a second Imoen, I can't imagine the designers including any checks on the first cut scene, after all, what's the point? The cut scene HAS to happen, there's no way to avoid it, so the player HAS to do the quest.
