How do you access Bertram Tung's computer?
I've heard rumors that you can. Is this a Nossie-only part of the game? Because this is really the one clan I can't bring myself to play with. I mean, I've played a Malkavian girl (having access to obfuscate) even and it was fun. But the sewers are simply a part of the game I dislike, the Warrens mission I always can't wait to get it over with.
I mean seriously. A Ventrue swimming in the sewers? A bit degrading. When I first played I played a Ventrue and couldn't believe it. This is the problem with the game - certain parts your clan wouldn't allow to do certain missions but you do anyway for the XP. Like a Toreador slashing paitings for Jeanette? Need the XP! But a Torie shouldn't be allowed to do it.
Hmm back to the main topic, anyone know how to access Tung's computer?

As far as I know, there is no way to interact with Bertram's computer in game. However, there is a file in the hackedterminals folder for his computer. It's possible it was originally meant to be accessible but was cut from the game.
Here are the contents of the file:
He's a got a section called Notes with password "obfuscate," where he describes the Asylum and Gallery Noir. His e-mail password is "Tung" and he's got a letter from Jeanette warning him about Therese.

And a translation:TerminalDefinition

Ah, I never noticed that his computer is inaccessible. Maybe I can restore it for the next unofficial patch but then why would he allow you to hack into it while he is around?Anaximander wrote:As far as I know, there is no way to interact with Bertram's computer in game. Yes, obviously you were to be allowed inside the tank before Bertram is there. As the infos of the terminal don't make much sense after you met him anyway I will leave it out. I noticed there are other unused terminal files as well, one for Kilpatrick and two for Isaac, probably left over from the E3 demo...Iguanac64 wrote:He wouldn't...just like Therese and Jeanette won't when they can see you on their terminal. I'm sure there was some storyline there that was abandoned early on.
