The title is still in closed beta covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Accordingly, although various general impressions have been incorporated into this report, I can't offer detailed information about what I've seen before and after the tour. That time will certainly come, and from the state of the game - albeit based on only a 10-hour sampling - it looks like Artifact Entertainment's project is progressing nicely toward release, which is currently slated to occur later this year. In the interim, what I can and will say is that Horizons: Empire of Istaria continues to show considerable promise; I look forward to it becoming a worthy addition to the persistent state world genre as well as a strong contender for the attention of the online gamer community.
