Having a dynamic cloud system is actually very important in an online RPG as it allows for a constant change in light and background. This five-layered procedural system means that we can have multiple layers of clouds moving dynamically, which gives us extremely realistic looking cloud behavior. The easiest example of why this is cool can be found in the real world. Just think about the constant variation in weather and light condition around you, and how clouds are so important in this. A sunset seldom looks exactly the same twice, and that's the point of the system, to bring about variation.
