EA has provided us with a 140-second hero spotlight trailer for Maxis' Darkspore, during which designer Paul Sottosanti introduces us to Zrin the Sun Fist.  In it, we learn about Zrin's melee attacks, ranged attacks, AOE attacks, and self buffs:
