What Questions Must Dragon Age III Answer?

What Is Going On With Morrigan?
Despite being able to choose the desired path of history from Origins heading into DA2, the events of Dragon Age 2 happen with the hope that players chose to have Morrigan have Alistair's child in order to end the blight. The story follows this path as canon, and Flemeth informs The Champion on Sundermount upon delivering her amulet that she suspects Morrigan is indeed up to something. From that particular ending from Origins we know that the proposal by Morrigan involved her unborn child suffering the consequences of the ArchDemon's death instead of one of the wardens. Were her intentions honorable? Or will this plan prove to yield an even greater threat on a worldly level than the blight itself? This factor hands down is the best candidate for tying the story together as the ultimate end.
What happened to the Companions?
According to Varric's story, each of The Champion's companions went their separate ways after the events of the Mage/Templar incident; all of them except for Isabella. What does this mean? Is Isabella with The Champion somewhere? Will Isabella's role grow even further in Dragon Age 3 as a result of her connection to The Champion? This piqued my curiosity greatly as I've always been a fan of the rogue characters. That brings me to Zevran next. He made his cameo in DA2, apparently now the target of his old crew the Antivan Crows. The Champion can choose to help him out, and he leaves after an implied romp with Isabella. What kind of role will The Champion's personal story-teller Varric play in DA3? Of course we find out that Leliana has moved up in the world in her home country of Orlais, having become a Seeker for the chantry. She will almost definitely play a role in the third game, possibly alongside her sister in arms. Nearly each party member from DA2 has an uncertain status in terms of appearing in DA3, it will be interesting to see how some of the potential tie-ins will work as well as the new additions to the series.
