There are several new articles of Skyrim-themed avatar clothing up on Xbox Live, which means you now have the ability to dress your digital self in Dragon Bone Armor while a "Dragon Prop" hovers nearby. The items will cost you anywhere from 240 to 400 Microsoft Points ($3-5) each.

If avatar clothing isn't your thing, there is also a new The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim premium theme available for 240 Microsoft Points ($3.00) that allows you to "transform your friends channel into the epic, icy vistas of Skyrim."
