I suppose it's a sign of the times that so much of our news lately is coming via tweets, and that's how we learned that Runic Games is planning a "small closed beta" for their upcoming action-RPG Torchlight II, although so far they haven't been able to provide much information about it:

@RunicGames Will there be a closed or open beta for Torchlight 2? :)
