I'd take this with a very healthy dose of salt, but a poster on the BioWare Social forums has posted some alleged screenshots of a marketing survey that shows a tentative plot synopsis and some companion descriptions for Dragon Age 3, or what the name of the game will be in the end.

Nothing in the synopsis seems to contradict what little we know of the game so far, but then again, I suppose that also means that it could be fabricated based on that information.

Thanks to the folks at the NeoGAF forums for bringing this to my attention.
