From what I can see from the 3:30-long video, the camera looks closer to the characters compared to the PC version, and the UI indicators are a lot more obvious, not only in size but also because of color choices and added indicators.
People who have played the game a lot more than me will likely be able to spot other subtle differences, so I invite you to comment and let us know what you think about it.
