The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II Interview

The folks over at Pure|News have cranked out a brief interview with Neocore Games about The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II, focusing primarily on the sequel's enhancements and additions over its predecessor. A sampling, as you might have expected:

Pure|News Question : The first game had a certain amount of bugs and glitches, could you tell us what are you doing in the second game to avoid the same problems?

Neocore Games Answer: Aside from testing the game in-house, we also worked more closely with our beta testers this time. They are all fans of the first game and they are starting to figure out how we think and what we need from our testers so it was easy to work with them and their feedback was very useful in polishing the game. Aside from that, we keep patching the game based on the feedback from our community, as we did with the first game.

Pure|News Question : What have you changed to the graphics of the game? I've personally that there was some adjustments to the animation of some spells.

Neocore Games Answer: We have enhanced the game engine, yes. Now we can create even more detailed environments that make this imaginary place became even more realistic and give a great atmosphere to the game. Borgovia was already beautiful in the first game, but with the enhanced graphics and the implementation of the mists, storms and all sorts of atmospheric effects I think that this imaginary place became even more realistic.
